Cheech in Radioactive Man #222.

Cheech is a fictional character, who works as a parking valet and personal assistant to Plasmo the Mystic. He takes messages for Plasmo in his frequent absences. As his name implies, the character is clearly based on Cheech Marin, and the stories imply that like most of Marin's most notable film roles, Cheech avidly uses marijuana.

In Strange Journeys of Astonishing Suspense #5, Plasmo gets arrested, and as a result of police pressure, Cheech quits as Plasmo's assistant. He soon finds work for Gloria Grand as a Radioactive Man actor for dramatizations.
