Markee in Radioactive Man #197.

Markee is a fictional character, a villain in the Radioactive Man universe based on Desaad. Markee works for Backseid as one of Backseid's highest-ranking minions. Although Markee has an evil and sadistic personality in his own right, he serves Backseid obsequiously. Markee's job appears to consist of briefing Backseid of citizens of the worlds that he, Backseid, wishes to conquer. Because of Backseid's wish to conquer Earth, Markee has become very well-informed on the life and capabilities of Radioactive Man.
