Zelson

Zelson is a fictional character, an alien from the planet Xreff.

Zelson initially worked for Zortimer on the latter's Xreffian TV show. This reality show would film Earthlings as they navigated a haunted house, the Westinger House. Zelson stayed at the house, supervising construction of endless wings and rooms whilst disguised as the groundskeeper.

Ratings for the resulting show remained strong for three years. When they started to wane, Zortimer boosted interest by furtively installing devices that would transform the molecular structure of humans, turning humans into all sorts of bizarre creatures, each transformation having its own room. This prompted Radioactive Man to investigate.

Radioactive Man eventually discovered the ruse. With Zelson's help, Radioactive Man had the aliens expelled and the mansion shuttered. As a result, Zortimer's boss demoted Zortimer and gave Zelson his own TV show of "flubs, gaffes, and missteps." Zortimer would appear on the pilot episode called "The Boo-Boo Zone."
